Jorge Tena graduated from Williams College in 2012 with a B.A. in Political Science, completed the Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency (CAAP) from Santa Clara University in 2014, and received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Jorge worked as a Certified Law Student at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center (KGACLC) in the Consumer Protection Division, and was a judicial extern for Hon. Edward Davila at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Jorge received the CALI award in Secured Transactions and was a member of La Raza.
Prior to joining Finnegan, Marks, Theofel & Desmond, Jorge worked at a bankruptcy and civil litigation firm focused on real estate and elder abuse law.
Jorge was born in Mexico and grew up in El Paso, Texas. He currently lives in the East Bay and enjoys spending time with his family.
